Chickadee is a social platform that allows users to create, discover, and participate in real-world activities and interactions, send messages to other users, and build a friends network. You are responsible for your own conduct and safety.
Chickadee does not guarantee the behavior, identity, or actions of other users.

Chickadee may offer optional premium features available through auto-renewable subscriptions processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Premium purchases grant access to digital features only and do not represent real-world goods or services.
Chickadee has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Violations will result in immediate removal of content and account suspension or termination.
We review and act on all reports—including reports about activities, user profiles, messages, and ratings—within 24 hours. We will remove violating content and suspend or terminate accounts of users who provide offending content.
Users may send and accept friend requests to build a friends network within the app. Users may also block others within chat to prevent further messages. You may remove a friend connection at any time.
Chickadee may provide in-app notifications while you are using the app and, if you grant permission, push notifications when the app is not active.
Chickadee supports account deletion with a 1-month restore window. During this time, an account may be restored (where available) to prevent accidental loss. After the restore window ends, personal identifiers are anonymized.

Chickadee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users or the platform.
Chickadee is provided on an “as is” basis. Users participate in activities at their own risk.
